Using the grate crate method for lapdogs instead of puppy pads, newspaper or a kitty litter box. The puppy has a proper place to relieve itself if necessary. You do not need to get up in the middle of the night, rush home from work in an attempt to avoid a mess. It is simple, the puppy chooses to use the back up plan of the grate if you are not available to let your puppy outside.
